The breakfast had a nice variety, although the scrambled eggs were barely warm and the pastries were stale. I had issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity every now and then – it could have been more reliable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, but they shouldn't have to apologize that much for the situation with overbooking. I noticed that some areas around the hotel had homeless individuals, which made me a bit uneasy at times. The parking situation was less than ideal. We found ourselves having to park on the street late at night since the garage was full. The room itself was comfortable, but the hide-a-bed was horrible, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Despite these challenges, I liked the close proximity to local attractions and found it generally quiet. The hotel certainly has potential, but some improvements are necessary to enhance the overall experience.
